- Prepare, publish, and update the national measurement and verification guide for energy efficiency services
- Monitor compliance with energy efficiency standards
- Obtain information and documents related to energy efficiency and prepare periodic reports accordingly
- Encourage studies, research, investment, and financing in the field of energy efficiency
- Establish and approve training and professional programs and develop curricula and activities for energy efficiency in higher and vocational education
- Organize exhibitions, conferences, programs, and seminars, and raise awareness about energy efficiency
- Engage in international communication and cooperation and enter into memorandums of understanding and agreements
