Start Consultation2025/06/04
Riyadh, Oct 12, 2025 (corresponding to Rab. II 21, 1447 AH)
As part of its vision to enhance user experience and improve the efficiency of its digital services, the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) has launched this consultation to gather feedback on the performance of its digital platforms. These platforms include the official website, program pages, and interactive portals offering awareness content and various electronic services.
The consultation aims to identify potential challenges users may face when interacting with the platforms—such as complex procedures, difficulty accessing information, or weak integration between departments and services. By collecting user insights, SEEC seeks to design a smoother, more user-centered digital experience that offers flexible and practical solutions.
Additionally, the consultation will evaluate user satisfaction with visual design, ease of navigation, search performance, and compatibility with smart devices. SEEC is also committed to assessing the quality of the language used and the clarity and accessibility of content across its platforms.
