The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC), in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), organized on Tuesday, August 13, 2025, a workshop titled: “Empowering Energy Service Companies through HRDF Initiatives” in Riyadh.
During the workshop, SEEC delivered a presentation highlighting its key efforts and initiatives in enhancing energy efficiency, while also shedding light on HRDF initiatives aimed at supporting energy service providers and enabling them to benefit from training, support, and qualification programs.
The workshop covered several key themes, including future mechanisms for energy service companies to benefit from HRDF programs and initiatives, and ways to foster joint cooperation to enhance training quality and qualify national talents to meet the labor market needs in the energy sector.
Discussions emphasized the importance of strengthening integration between SEEC and HRDF to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by building a comprehensive national ecosystem that supports sustainability and human capacity development.
