Cooperation Agreement Between SEEC and the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association

The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) signed today at its headquarters in Riyadh a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association. The agreement aims to foster collaboration between the two parties in the fields of fraud prevention and internal auditing. The agreement was signed by SEEC Director General Mr. Nasser Al-Ghamdi and the Association’s CEO Mr. Mohammed Al-Mudaires, in the presence of Mr. Mohammed Al-Ali, a member of SEEC’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as Mr. Abdullah Al-Fifi, Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association.
The agreement signing coincided with the launch of the “International Internal Audit Awareness Month Workshop” attended by a number of specialists from relevant entities. Under this agreement, the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association will provide training programs and initiatives to enhance the competencies of SEEC professionals in the areas of fraud prevention and internal auditing. Additionally, the Association will support the qualification of specialized staff trained in investigation and fraud detection and assist in the design and development of annual specialized training programs using the latest scientific methods.
The cooperation agreement also includes the organization of joint annual awareness seminars related to internal audit and fraud prevention. Furthermore, the two parties will hold workshops to exchange expertise in modern technological systems for internal auditing and fraud prevention, with the Association offering up to a 20% discount for SEEC employees on memberships, training courses, and conferences.
The agreement’s scope of cooperation also extends to inviting representatives of both parties to participate in conferences and annual forums organized by either party in areas relevant to this agreement. Moreover, the Association will collaborate in providing recommendations and specialized scientific advisory services regarding fraud indicators.
