The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center announced the extension of the submission deadline for the “Energy Efficiency Award” in its first edition for 2025, until October 4, 2025, due to the growing interest from targeted sectors wishing to apply.

The SEEC clarified that applications will continue to be received through the award’s online platform, where applicants can log in and complete the submission form. It also noted that the platform can be accessed via the Center’s official website.

The award targets the government sector, the private sector, the non-profit sector, as well as the community and individuals, through three main tracks:

• Efficiency and Conservation: For the best entities that have implemented sustainable efforts to improve energy efficiency and achieved savings in their facilities.

• Development and Innovation: For the best developmental and innovative ideas that contributed to raising energy efficiency levels.

• Awareness and Impact: For the best efforts that contributed to raising public awareness of energy efficiency and the importance of rationalizing consumption.

The award aims to encourage all sectors and distinguished individuals to adopt the highest local and international standards in the field of energy efficiency, and to promote sustainable positive practices that contribute to improving energy consumption efficiency and encourage the adoption of energy efficiency improvement practices.
