The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) has successfully concluded the technical workshops of its “Enabling Energy Management System Implementation” initiative by hosting the final technical workshop.
This year-long initiative targeted more than 30 industrial facilities across the Kingdom. The workshop focused on a range of essential technical areas, including energy review, internal auditing, energy management systems, and continuous improvement.
These areas showcased international best practices in energy efficiency and empowered industrial facilities to adopt modern consumption management trends, driving operational excellence and sustainability.
This initiative falls under the umbrella of the Energy Management Program, an electronic service launched by SEEC to enable industrial facilities to implement a comprehensive energy management system. Through this program, facilities can register their data and integrate it into an actionable implementation plan based on international best practices, such as the ISO 50001 standard, ensuring effective and comprehensive adoption.
The Energy Management Program stands as one of the core regulatory tools offered by SEEC to support industrial facilities in improving energy efficiency and operational performance.
Facilities participating in this program gain access to specialized guidelines and implementation tools, strengthening their technical capabilities and promoting sustainability in energy consumption.
