The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) will host an official ceremony tomorrow evening, Wednesday, to honor the winners of the first edition of the Energy Efficiency Award 2025. The award recognizes outstanding achievements across the government, private, and non-profit sectors, in addition to exceptional individual contributions.
The ceremony will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Energy and Chairman of SEEC’s Board of Directors, at Prince Sultan Hall, Al Faisaliah Hotel, in Riyadh.
The Energy Efficiency Award aims to acknowledge distinguished national efforts in the field of energy efficiency and to encourage broader adoption of leading local and international standards. It also seeks to promote sustainable and positive practices across all sectors, highlight the importance of improving energy consumption efficiency, and showcase successful experiences that can further advance the field.
The award targets the government sector, private sector, non-profit sector, and the broader community, through three main tracks: Efficiency and Conservation Track: Honoring entities that have implemented sustainable initiatives and achieved measurable energy savings in their facilities. Development and Innovation Track: Recognizing leading developmental and innovative ideas that contributed to advancing energy efficiency levels. Awareness and Impact Track: Celebrating outstanding initiatives that effectively raised public awareness of energy efficiency and the importance of responsible consumption.
