Utilities Sector

SEEC seeks to improve the efficiency of energy consumption in the utilities sector, which consumes about 38% of the total primary energy in the Kingdom, by developing the necessary policies, regulation, and procedures in cooperation with the relevant authorities. The scope of work covers existing and new stations that fall within the sectors of electricity generation, cogeneration, water desalination, in addition to electricity transmission and distribution networks under the operation, feasibility study, design, or implementation phase.
