Energy Efficiency Sectors

The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC), in accordance with its mandate, is concerned with enhancing the efficiency of energy production and consumption in the Kingdom, considering that the field of energy efficiency is an important factor in achieving sustainable economic and developmental welfare. This is done by preserving natural resources and achieving financial spending efficiency. The SEEC works on developing policies and strategies and setting standards and regulations that encourage improving the efficiency of energy production and consumption in targeted sectors, including industry, buildings, and land transportation, plus targeting opportunities to improve energy production and consumption efficiency in the public utilities sector.
