The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) has launched a public consultation aimed at evaluating and improving the virtual chatbot service provided through its digital platforms. This initiative seeks to assess user satisfaction, ease of use, and the accuracy of responses, while also collecting development suggestions—such as simplifying the interface and introducing new features.
