Open Data Usage Policy:

When using open data, the following conditions must be adhered to:

  Attribute Data to its Official Source: When using or publishing the data, it must be indicated that it is issued by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center.

  Do Not Misrepresent Data: Data must be used as is, without modifications that alter its meaning or content.

• 3 -

  Adhere to Usage Policies: Do not use the data for political purposes, to support illegal activities, or to spread hate speech.

• 4 -

  Do not exploit the data in a way that negatively affects culture, national security, or social values.

• 5 -

  Use Data for Research and Development: Data can be freely used in reports, research, technical projects, and the development of digital solutions.

You must not use this data for political purposes or to support illegal or criminal activity or in racist or discriminatory comments or incitement or negative influence on culture or equality or incitement or any illegal or non-conforming activity to the customs and traditions of the Kingdom. You can refer to the usage policy in detail in the sixth section of the open data license. The availability and use of open government data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are subject to the following key principles issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
