Launching the Qualification Phase for Residential Building Inspection Entities

The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) announced the launch of the qualification phase for entities interested in providing inspection and auditing services for existing residential buildings to issue Energy Use Intensity (EUI) Labels, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance energy efficiency in the building sector.
SEEC invites all interested entities to contact via email at eui.qc@seec.gov.sa to obtain the qualification standards and requirements. The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 21/11/2025, while the final date for receiving qualification documents is 21/12/2025.
SEEC explained that this initiative forms part of its ongoing efforts to improve energy efficiency in residential buildings through the application of best practices and approved technical standards, contributing to sustainability and economic, environmental, and social benefits. The program also supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to optimize energy consumption across all national sectors.
